Unfiltrd's Features

Unfiltrd offers many features to help you connect with your fans and maximize your earnings. 

Vault

The vault is where all of your uploaded content is stored. This  cuts down on uploading times and allows you to quickly select the content you are wanting to post or send out. Having your content stored in the vault significantly cuts down on uploading time and allows you to quickly select the content you need. If your managing your profile on the go, using content stored in the vault also helps cut down on your mobile data usage.

If you have a custom video that has been sent to the customer already, you can then use the vault to send it out as a mass dm for PPV content to entice people to subscribe. 

If you would like to remove content from the vault you can do so by going to Menu> Vault From here you'll have access to categories such as Posts and messages. select the vault you want to remove content from such as messages. In the upper right you'll see three dots, select this to see Manage. Once you tap this you'll have bubbles to select in the right corner or the files highlight the bubbles for file you want to delete and click Delete.

Voice and Video Calls 

Unfiltrd hosts on platform voice and video calls. You can have one on one chats with your fans without having to resort to dangerous alternatives that could give away more information that you want you fans to have. 

To set up video calling go to Menu> Account Settings> Pricing: 

From Price Settings you can Enable Incoming calls or toggle them off. Below this you will see a drop down menu with different price points, use this to set your price per minute of phone calls. 

When incoming calls are enabled your followers will be able to initiate a phone call right from messages. The call button is located in the upper right hand corner of the message window  When a call is placed to you, you will see an incoming call banner at the top of your Unfiltrd page. You can choose to decline or accept the call right from the banner.  

Once the call is connected, you can click the video camera icon in the bottom left to go to a video call. The button on the Right disconnects the call. 

Make sure your fans are calling you and you’re not making outbound calls to them. If you call your fans, they will not be charged your price per minute. 

Paid Messaging for Followers and Subscribers 

We have separate messaging settings for both followers and subscribers. 

You can set a price point for your free followers to be able to message you. This price is per message. There is a separate price drop down menu for subscribers.  

We also have price settings for media messages. You can charge your followers a set price for each media message they want to send you.  And like messaging, we allow you to set different price points for followers and subscribers. 

To set messaging and media pricing navigate to Menu> Account Settings> Pricing:

You’ll see multiple drop down menus for Calls, Messages, and Media, there are price drop downs for each non-subscribers and subscribers. Select your pricing from the drop down menus and then click save at the bottom of the page.

Tip: We like to keep our inbox open and free to our paying subscribers, this allows them to more easily communicate with you, allowing you to upsell your services.  

We also recommend keeping your media pricing for subscribers at half of what free followers would pay to send media.  You can choose whether to have your free followers pay to message you or not. The recommended pricing for followers is free or $1-$2 

Events

Our Events feature allows you to create live, ticketed events for your followers and subscribers. 

These events are a way for you to engage with your followers and subscribers. 

You can set the date and time of your event and let your followers know what the event is for. 

Popular events include 

• Playing video games 
• Ask me anything (ama) 
• Bath/shower time 

These are of course just recommendations and you can use whatever activity you like for your event. 

To create an event you can either click on the + icon on your screen and select Create Event or go to Menu> Events> Create Event. 

When creating your event you will see a screen you will see a screen similar to your normal content screen: 

• Caption 
• Date 
• Time 
• Duration
• Ticket Price 

You’ll also have a gear icon for scheduling when you want your event advertisement to post. 

Once all fields are filled out and your ticket price is set, click publish. 

Your fans and subscribers will get a notification that you have published an event and will be able to purchase a ticket. Their accounts will automatically be debited the cost of entry. If you cancel the event, or they cancel their ticket, they will be refunded the full cost of the ticket. 

When its time to start your Event navigate to Menu>Events. On the event page you will see a Start button. Click this to go live for your event.

Peer to Peer Bitcoin Payments 

Unfiltrd is the first fan platform to offer Peer to Peer crypto payments. We are currently set up to accept bitcoin and will be adding other crypto coins in the future. 

To be able to accept crypto you will need to add your crypto wallet to your Unfiltrd profile.  Followers will only see the option to pay in crypto if you have added this.  

You can add your crypto wallet by going to Menu>Account Settings> Payee Information> Edit> Crypto Wallet

You will need the bitcoin wallet address for your Metamask Coinbase or Trust Wallet.  Once the address is entered, be sure to click Save at the bottom of the screen. 

With Peer to Peer crypto payments, there is no waiting for your funds to clear the bank. As soon as a the payment is made, the crypto is in your wallet (minus the sites 15% fee)

Go Live

You can go live on unfiltrd much like instagram and twitter. Lives are open to the whole platform and emails will go out to all of your followers that you are currently live. User who join your live are able to tip you. Lives are public so community guidelines apply
