Pending Vs Available Balance 

New funds are held in a pending status for a 7 calendar day period. This allows for the funds to clear the payer’s bank as well as the Unfiltrd Payment Processor. 

Available Balance is your balance that has cleared the 7 day holding period. 

Withdrawing Your Available Balance 

When you sign up to become a creator, you’re asked to provide a payout method. You can request a withdrawal to that payout method when you have accrued an Available Balance of $50 USD or more 

To request a withdrawal Navigate to More> Statements > Payout Requests> New Request 

Deposit Time Frames 

Processing time frames are as follows: 

• (US based banks) 3-5 BUSINESS Days processing time from the moment a creator initiates a payout till their money hits their bank account (total time).
• (International) 3-5 Business Days processing time from the moment a creator initiates a payout till their money hits their bank account (total time).
• Instant P2P transfer for Bitcoin Payments 

Weekends and Holidays in your country will effect processing times as these are not considered to be business days.

As long as there are no typos, or other errors in the payout method you provided when signing up, you will receive your payout in a timely manner.

International Banks

If you are outside of the US and choose to have a bank on file you can go to More> Account Settings> Payee Information> Edit. Follow the prompts and drop down menus to enter the information required for your country.

Platform Fees 

As a creator there are two fees associated with your membership on Unfiltrd. The first is the platform fee, which is 15% of your monthly income at Unfiltrd.

Like all fan based platforms, Unfiltrd has a 15% platform fee that is automatically deducted from your earnings. 

• If you earn $100 from a subscriber, Unfiltrd earns $15 of that $100. 

This platform fee goes directly to building the platform, features and necessary support. 

The second is the payment processing fee, which is dependent on the currency selected by the creator.

• The payment processing fee in U.S. Dollars is 2.9% plus $0.30 per successful payment for payments over $3, and 5% plus $0.10 per successful payment for payments of $3 or less. 
• The payment processing fee in Euros is 3.4% plus €0.35 per successful payment for payments over €3, and 5% plus €0.15 per successful payment for payments of €3 or less.
• The payment processing fee in British Pounds is 3.4% plus £0.35 per successful payment for payments over £3, and 5% plus £0.15 per successful payment for payments of £3 or less.

Depending on your locations, some banks may charge you a foreign transaction fee for their membership subscription. Scrile Connect does not control this charge, but it is typically around 3%.

Peer to Peer Bitcoin Payments 

Unfiltrd is the first fan platform to offer Peer to Peer crypto payments. We are currently set up to accept bitcoin and will be adding other crypto coins in the future. 

To be able to accept crypto you will need to add your crypto wallet to your Unfiltrd profile.  Followers will only see the option to pay in crypto if you have added this.  

You can add your crypto wallet by going to More>Account Settings> Payee Information> Edit> Crypto Wallet

You will need the bitcoin wallet address for your Metamask, Coinbase other trusted Wallet.  Once the address is entered, be sure to click Save at the bottom of the screen. 

With Peer to Peer crypto payments, there is no waiting for your funds to clear the bank. As soon as a the payment is made, the crypto is in your wallet (minus the sites 15% fee)

Please note that you will still need to have Banking information as your primary payout method. Bitcoin is not yet set up to allow auto renewal for subscriptions. Bitcoin payments can only be accepted for Unlocking Posts that have a one time purchase price.

Please also be aware that any income you make on Unfiltrd from fiat currency (credit/debit payments for your content) can only be sent to your bank, we do not offer these types of payments in Crypto. You will receive these payouts as you always have, to your bank.
