Like with all websites, you will occasionally come across errors or issues that will need to be addressed.
Most of the time these issues can be fixed by changing the media format, clearing your cache or making sure your device is up to date.
Once in a while we will need to submit a ticket to our Dev team to address the issue in the website coding itself. There is very specific information Dev will need in order to address the issue and in all cases, will not look at a ticket without complete information.
Before Submitting A Bug Report Please Do The Following
- Make sure your device is running the most recent version of its operating system
- Make sure your browser is up to date
- Clear your cookies and browser history, otherwise known as your cache
- Restart your device
If the issue persists, please submit a bug report by clicking the button below. This report goes directly to the Development team where they will address it.
