Welcome to Unfiltrd, a new way to connect with your favorite creators. Here you can follow your favorite creators, chat one on one with them and even attend live events! 

Cost

Access to the platform is free, subscriptions to Creators will vary in price depending on the Creator. Each subscription is unique with its own benefits and features and can be canceled at any time. 

Pricing for custom content, one on one calls, events and other services are set at the discretion of the Creator. You are free to accept or reject these prices at any time.

Following

You may have come to Unfiltrd to see one particular creator. But there are thousands to connect with here! You can find new creators to follow by checking out the Trending page to see what creators are publicly posting, or you can browse through the Discover page to see our Featured, Top Rated and New Creators. 

You will be prompted to enter credit card information when you follow a creator for the first time. You will not be able to follow a creator or see the Trending page without entering this information. Discover and Shorties will still be available. Your card will not be charged at this time until you select to subscribe to a creator, send a paid message or select to unlock content.

For existing members: If there is no card on file, you will lose your free to follow option. With card information on file you will be able to follow as many Creators as you like.

Subscribing

You can subscribe to a Creator directly from the Creators profile. You will be given a list of subscription options to choose from. These subscriptions can be canceled at any time from Menu>Account Settings> Manage Your Subscription

If you find that you are unable to subscribe to a creator, please reach out to support with the following information:

• the creator you are trying to subscribe to
• the tier you are subscribing to
• any error messages you may receive while trying to subscribe
• if your card was charged for the subscription

Support works with thousands of accounts every day, providing this information when you first reach out will help ensure a timely resolution t your problem.

Tipping

You may tip your favorite creators at any time by selecting the tip option on any post or in a direct message. Tips show your support and appreciation for your favorite creators. Tips can also be used to purchase items and custom content.

Auctions

Unfiltrd recent offers a new Auction feature which allows you to bid on your favorite creators items or exclusive content. Participants can place bids of any denomination but not less than the starting bid or the last offered bid. Once a bid is placed the amount is deducted from your wallet balance, if you are outbid the funds are returned to your wallet.

If the creator cancels the auction before it ends, all bids are cancelled and returned to the bidders wallet. If the physical auction item is not fulfilled in 5 business days from the end of the auction, the creator forfeits the funds and the balance is returned to the winning member.

Auctions can not be deleted by the creator once the auction is completed. This insures that physical items can not be resold and digital content will always be available to the winner.

One On One Voice And Video Calls

Some creators will offer one on one voice and video calling. If a creator does offer this you will see a large purple Call Me button in your DMs with the creator. Not all creators are online all the time. Best practice is to message the creator to see if they are willing to do a voice or video call. The creator will give you a time frame on when they will be available. you can initiate the video call during the period of time the creator indicated.

Please note that unless it is under special circumstances, the creator will never initiate the call.

Please have a stable and reliable internet connection when attempting voice and video calls. Unfiltrd is not responsible for dropped or failed calls due to unstable internet connections.
