If you are attempting to pay for content and get a bank error code there are a few things you can do based on the response.
Code 51: Declined- Insufficient funds
For this error you will need to check your balance and be sure there is enough money in your account to cover your purchase.
Code 54: Declined- Card Expired
Your card is expired and unacceptable. You need to use a different card.
Code 57: Declined- Service not allowed
This is a common decline message for transactions that are blocked by the bank You will need to call you bank to ask why they are declining the transaction. If after speaking with the bank they still decline the transaction, you will need to use an alternative payment method.
Code 41/43: Lost Stolen Card
The credit card holder has reported the card lost or stolen to the issuer and is not valid for use.
These are the most common bank error codes and all require the customer to contact the bank or card issuer.
