Pending Vs Available Balance
New funds are held in a pending status for a 7 calendar day period. This allows for the funds to clear the payer’s bank as well as the Unfiltrd Payment Processor.
Available Balance is your balance that has cleared the 7 day holding period
Withdrawing Your Balance
When you sign up to become a creator, you’re asked to provide a payout method. You can request a withdrawal to that payout method when you have accrued an Available Balance of $25 USD or more
To request a withdrawal Go to More> Statements
From statements select payout request
On the following Screen Select New Request
Enter the amount you want to withdraw or select "Request Available Amount"
Once amount is entered, click Request. If this is your first time withdrawing you will see a pop up letting you know what fees are associated with the payout method you've selected.
Deposit Time Frames
processing time frames are going to depend on the type of transfer you have requested. Same day transfers need to be requested prior to 3pm Eastern Standard Time, 12pm Pacific Standard Time on a business day and next day transfers need to be requested before 4:45 pm on a business day. Anything requested after these times will be processed the next business day or in two business days.
International wires requested before 4pm EST on a business day will typically arrive the following business day.
Weekends and Holidays in your country will effect processing times as these are not considered to be business days.
As long as there are no typos, or other errors in the payout method you provided when signing up, you will receive your payout in a timely manner.
