My Content did not Unlock

In some cases content will not unlock when purchased. This can happen for a couple of different reasons 
1. The issuing bank has not released the funds to Unfiltrd bank and the system does not recognize the content as having been paid for. Message Support for confirmation. Support may ask for confirmation of the payment being issued from your bank account or credit card. 

2. you purchased content with Bitcoin and it has not yet been released as the system goes through a verification process for payments from Bitcoin. 

3. you received a Bank Error Code when purchasing content, and the purchase was not completed.
