Mass Message Statistics

We’ve introduced Mass Message analytics this week for content creators. Here’s how to access them and the information they will provide 

To access your Mass Message Analytics, go to More>  Mass Message Statistics 

Or go to Inbox>  Click on the Mass Message icon and select Statistics from the menu 

If you have never sent a mass message with attachments before, there will be no statistics to show. 

If you have sent mass messages the statistics for each of the mass messages will be displayed
The information will include 

Price 

# of Unlocks 

You will also have an option to unsend the message 

To view the users that have unlocked your message click on the # under the Unlocked heading

The Unlocked page will show you who unlocked the content and when they unlocked it. This will help you get a better understanding of your fans spending habits in terms of time and day of purchase and the content they are most likely to unlock. 

To unsend a mass message click the Unsend option and then click Unsend in the pop up window.
