Rendez-vous

Our new feature Rendez-vous will allow you to connect with your favorite creators when you and the creator are both available, by booking specific time slots with that creator. Here's how it works 

Booking 

To book a Rendez-vous with your favorite creators head to your inbox and select the message thread with the creator you want to book with. In the DM you'll see a new icon up top as well as a pop up message the first time you enter the DM 

If you select this Icon you will be taken to the creators rendez-vous calendar. You can select each day of the week to see the creators availability as well as select each service you would like to book. 

If the Creator has no availability, the page will not display any slots.

If the creator has available appointments in their rendez-vous, you can select the time that works best for you and then set your duration from the Duration/Price drop down menu. Price and time limits are set by the creator. 

Once you've selected your time slot, duration/price, click Book messaging. You will be redirected to the payment page. You can pay with balance or if you do not have enough in your wallet to pay, you will be prompted to reload your wallet. 

If you do need to reload your wallet you can select the add credit and unlock button to be redirected to the reload page, where your balance and reload options, up to $200, will be displayed 

Once you've added funds, you will be redirected to the payment method page where you can Pay with balance.  Once you've paid a notification will be sent to the creator where they can accept or decline your requests for an appointment.  If the request is declined you will be refunded the balance for the service. You will be redirected to the following page: 

You can go to More> Rendez-vous to see the status of your upcoming event. If the creator has not accepted the rendez-vous it will appear under Pending. If it has been accepted, it will appear under Upcoming. Declined and Cancelled rendez-vous will also appear under upcoming with reasons for declines or cancelation 

If for any reason you need to cancel the rendezvous you can click on the three dots above the profile image to cancel the rendezvous. Please keep in mind that if there is less than three hours until the appointment you will not be refunded for the Rendez-vous. 

Things to Know 

Canceling an appointment - if you cancel your rendez-vous with a creator you will be refunded the balance of the appointment as long as there is more than 3 hours before the appointment is set to start. If there is less than three hours until the appointment, you will not be refunded. 

If a creator declines or cancels the appointment- if the creator cancels or declines the appointment you will be refunded for your rendez-vous 

Rendezvous not completed- if the creator ends the rendezvous without completing at least 80% of the appointment you will get a full refund for the rendez-vous.
